      Delicious - neither husband nor I get excited by fish typically but both went back for seconds. Lots of goodness in this recipe, a great family dinner.

      SO good! Light and fluffy. My kids ate them as directed (with greek yogurt, maple syrup and graham crackers (subbed for digestive biscuits) but I just ate mine plain and thought they were perfect. Will absolutely make again!
