Hummus topped with ground lamb (pg 108) for the Turkish meze board. The hummus recipe is standard, producing a decent hummus. The ground lamb is seasoned with cumin, coriander, and paprika; it complements the hummus very well. This is a delightful variation that makes the overall board more filling. Recommended.
