    Fried rice parcels (pg 74) a.k.a. how to dress up fried rice. One could do this with any fried rice recipe. This recipe is basically shrimp and peas fried rice - a solid but not exceptional recipe. One then wraps the fried rice in round rice paper wrappers tied with string and brushed with eggwash. Brown in the oven and you have a surprising presentation for fried rice.
