    Honey walnut-stuffed dates with spicy greens and three cheeses (pg 31). This recipe uses Medjool dates and three cheeses -- Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam triple-cream, Tomme de Savoie, and fresh Chabis goat cheese. This makes a well balanced cheese plate that I love.
