  • Pea shoot salad with avocados and bacon

      The recipe was fine as a side salad with fish but bacon on top seemed out of place with the greens & avocado. I generally love anything with bacon but perhaps toasted walnuts or almonds the next time? The dressing was creamy & refreshing with OJ, Dijon & sour cream but think I would have preferred a vinaigrette instead with the pea shoots & Bibb lettuce.
