    I have made the Chilli Bean salad on p 121 more times than I can count: use a generous 1 tbsp chilli sauce (Maggi's is good) and if you like lemon, use a whole one (cut up!) rather than the six thin slices suggested. Cheddar instead of feta. It freezes brilliantly too.
