  • Stir-fried beef with sweet soy and onions

      This is one of my busy work night favorites. Chop some onions, slice the beef and you're almost done. Super quick and my picky husband loves it. If you're not close to an Asian market for the sweet soy sauce, you can use the substitute recommended in the book.
