    Grilled polenta with vegetable marinara (pg 96) - this recipe starts with polenta in a tube leaving two tasks to the cook (1) making a vegetable marinara and (2) grilling the polenta. This becomes, then, a very quick pantry & produce lunch. A solid but unexciting recipe.
