      This made a very mild hummus type dip. I increased the flavour somewhat with lime juice and cilantro. A nice alternative to regular hummus. I served with homemade crackers.

  • Oven-roasted tomatoes

      I think this was the recipe that got me started roasting tomatoes, which I now do every year. I omit the soy sauce, and often freeze the cooled tomatoes. As a result, I usually have enough stashed to last to the next harvest. Very easy.
