      These are our absolute favorite wings and one of our favorite meals. Never had wings anywhere else that could compare to these. We always serve them with the Spicy Peanut sauce in this book.

      These were great. The brine made them delicious and the technique on the grill was perfect. I put Frank's wing sauce on some, but we ate most of them plain. Next time I will try the Hoisin-Sesame sauce.

      This is an variant recipe to add to the base homemade barbecue sauce. However, I used the ideas to doctor store-bought barbecue sauce and it works great! - especially the pineapple juice and hot sauce.
