Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Ginger baked pears (Poires au gingembre)

    • Pamsy on November 23, 2022

Made this twice, it's so simple to put together and a lovely way to finish a meal. The second time I upped the nutmeg and cinnamon (Costco-Saigon) and omitted the ginger and would do the same again.
