The book contains Mom and Dad's recipes for apetitzers, Bar-B-Que sauces, dips, and deserts along with pictures of the first Salad Bowl on Highway 67 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. The Salad Bowl Restaurant was one of the first great restaurants specializing in American cuisine. These recipes are The Real Deal!
