    Re-published in 2001 as "Indian Regional Classics: Fast, Fresh, and Healthy Home Cooking." The new edition changed the formatting of ingredients into 2 columns (most recipes are on one page instead of two pages), removed the photo section, and added 14 new recipes. It also includes some suggestions for increasing hotness and ingredient substitutions (not found in the original edition).
