    The penny has finally dropped that this book contains highlights from a bigger book, which is indexed, so it would be useful imperfect workaround to add the bigger book to my electronic shelf. NB in the Library are two editions of "The Art of Vegetarian Cooking" by Yamuna Devi, both indexed, but the edition on most shelves only gives recipe names, not ingredients. The lesser-owned edition has been fully indexed.
