    I always think of the Ritz as somewhere to go for afternoon tea but after reading this, I would consider having breakfast there. The recipe for Kedgeree on page 7 is really good. In this recipe the sauce has pineapple and mango in it which makes a interesting contrast to the smoked haddock fillets
