I tried the "Caraway-Cheese Beer Bread (page 291), followed the recipe exactly and the result was terrible! It was so incredibly dry, that you gagged trying to swallow it. The taste was just OK, but it most definitely needs more moisture other than 12 oz of beer and the cheese, oil and egg. It seemed like they hadn't even tested it. Don't even bother trying it. Sounded good, though, on paper.
