      Made this recipe last night. It was okay. Next time I would use brown rice instead of white rice because I think it goes with the flavors better since it’s nuttier.

      Made this recipe to go with the Cherry Rice Pilaf in this book. I thought the pork was so flavorful! I may have overcooked it a little bit but the sauce with the cherry preserves really goes well with the pork and it was super easy to make! Would make this again.
