      Tasty with a nice, sandy texture. The recipe says this makes 4 dozen cookies but I found the dough stiff and couldn't make them as small as the instructions indicate one should.

      The perfect cookies for fika. Perfect for dunking in coffee or tea and not overly sweet. I replaced ΒΌ of the AP flour with white whole wheat flour (quarantine baking hack) and was happy with the results. You might want to add a bit more almond extract.
