    Chinese chicken salad is the bomb. There are other great recipes. I make the individual chicken pot pies with angel biscuit tops every Xmas! This book has never let me down—everything is great. One of the most solid cookbooks I own.

    Made a few things out of this over the year. The salad section is really solid. The sun dried vinaigrette on p. 32 is great. The meatloaf on p. 141 is nothing special.
