  • Rhubarb mustard

      Rhubarb showed up at the Farmer’s Market and so I knew I had to make this Rhubarb Mustard. About an hour later, I was done. I’m not sure that this is really a mustard like you would use on a sandwich, BUT it is definitely like an improved dressing that you might serve with a roast. I’m using it tonight with some thick-cut pork chops.
