      Needs less heat and more sweetness (or a milder chili paste). Start with half the amount of chili paste and add to taste

      Quick and easy. I mixed in shredded cabbage instead of serving on cabbage leaves. I added a splash of fish sauce and a sliced Thai pepper. I made it into 2 servings and served it as a meal. It was pretty decent. I liked the method of processing the chicken and spice in the food processor. It worked really well.

      Pretty decent. I used 3 jalapeƱos. Processing the meat in the food processor worked really well.
