  • Roquefort salad with warm croutons and lardons

      Delicious! I used a mix of rocket, lamb's lettuce and watercress and left out the radicchio. Added a dash of honey to the dressing. The balance of flavours in this salad was lovely, I will definitely make it again. A great dish for summer, could work as a main or a side. We had it with a little bit of leftover quiche.
