      Pg. 58. We cooked this recipe for US Thanksgiving 11.28.13. I wouldn't change a thing. Absolutely loved the finished dish. I used Trader Joe's peeled, roasted French chestnuts, and homemade turkey broth instead of the tiny bit of water called for. Would be great for Christmas too.
