Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Buttered Brussels sprouts and chestnuts

    • Gio on November 30, 2013

Pg. 58. We cooked this recipe for US Thanksgiving 11.28.13. I wouldn't change a thing. Absolutely loved the finished dish. I used Trader Joe's peeled, roasted French chestnuts, and homemade turkey broth instead of the tiny bit of water called for. Would be great for Christmas too.

  • Caramel swirl angel food cake

    • mirage on October 02, 2015

Too sweet even for the sweet lovers in my group. YMMV
