    Out of over 2000 cookbooks this one is clearly in my top ten. If not my top five. Everything we've tried has been fantastic. And, many have become regulars. Like the crab and scallop salad over beets and then topped with a caviar truffle vinaigrette. Every New Year's Eve we fix that.
