Notes about this book

One of my all-time favorite cookbooks. I make the tabbouleh, rice pilaf, tahini sauce and lemon-garlic chicken all the time and they are big hits with every crowd. I know these are recipes that can be found many places, but the ones in this book just click with me for some reason.
