    This is my favourite chicken cacciatore recipe! The meat comes put super tender and flavourful. I lost my copy of this magazine somewhere in or last move which makes me sad

    This was delicious and dead simple - perfect for an easy midweek dinner. I doubled the corn and added a fresh green chilli. Will definitely repeat.

• Lapsang Souchong-poached chicken with watercress & cucumber salad

    The aromas from the chicken and poaching liquid are heavenly and tang of the salad is a good balance to the sweetness of the chicken.
