    This has got to be one of the best rice puddings I've ever made. Initially, boiling the rice in water was a new method for me, not sure if that's what made the difference but will definitely do that in future. Half the recipe gave enough for 4 portions. I didn't make the sauce and my pomegranate was off, so topped with jaffa and blood orange segments which was so refreshing.
