Sesame orange salmon with warm bok choy salad from The Washington Post by Stephanie Witt Sedgwick

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

I was really surprised that I didn't like this, given that I love all of the ingredients that went into it. The bok choy "salad" just wasn't very interesting at all. This recipe was described as 'Quick/Healthful' in the Washington Post. Healthful, certainly. Quick? Not at all. It was quite time-consuming and required a lot of pots and pans. I ran out of time and instead of pan searing the salmon and then pan roasting in the oven, I broiled it. The salmon was fine, but the 'salad' was very disappointing.
