Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute cilantro for parsley.

    Pretty good. Made it with cod fillets and I added some extra veg...a couple carrots and a small zucchini, and used a half cup golden raisins instead of the honey. Needed some extra liquid to make a sauce (1 cup water, but broth would have been better). Spices were surprisingly muted. A squeeze of lemon helped. Would make again and adjust the amount of spices.

    This was a disappointment. While the spices added flavor and heat, it really needed more broth and more depth. While this is healthy and fairly quick to make, I wouldn't make it again.
