    Made this for the first time this evening and we really enjoyed it. I used light coconut milk and increased the red curry paste to 2 TBS and it produced a really light, delicate, and very flavorful curry sauce. The salmon was cooked perfectly. There is very little prep work involved. I'd make this again anytime.
