    Just used the sauce recipe. It went well with pan-fried Brill

    This was simple to make and very delicious. I doubled the sauce and added a layer of the sauce to season the salmon while baking. Will make again.

    This recipe is great. I usually triple the sauce and sub dill or tarragon for the thyme as I think they better complement the salmon.
