Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Good, but not our favorite preparation for salmon or favorite use of hoisin. We kept wishing it was salmon with Morimoto's tare no teriyaki. If I made this again I would omit the oil from the marinade. Fatty salmon doesn't need it, and not much of the marinade clings, so the oil isn't needed to cut the the salt or make the marinade flavors milder either.

    Excellent salmon. The marinade's flavors (hoisin, lemon, ginger, soy sauce, scallion...) work extremely well with the fish's flavor.
