    This is a great filling soup. Especially good made with fresh thyme. I also add 2 ounces of white wine.

    I have made this several times. Mr. B loves it. It is a flavorful, hearty weeknight soup. 1 add a teaspoon of red wine vinegar at the end. Freezes well.
