    Another great recipe from Gordon Ramsay! The first night we ate it with some cooked prawns (pure protein days!) with a beautiful dressing that I adapted a bit. It was sooo delicious! The second night, I also made squid Andalusian-style, a recipe I saw from a very famous Basque cook, Karlos Arguiñano, and in this particular recipe, he used chickpea flour instead of regular flour. Great meals!!
