This recipe is misprinted in the book; the actual recipe for "Artichoke and fava bean casserole (Menestra de verduras)" appears, untitled, at the end of the recipe for "White beans with black truffles (Alubia con trufas)" on the same page. Can substitute ham for serrano ham.
