Tabbouleh from Barefoot Contessa Parties!: Ideas and Recipes for Easy Parties That Are Really Fun (page 113) by Ina Garten

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Grilled leg of lamb

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Very good (although tabbouleh really is a dish you can make by ear, so to speak). Next time would use a bit less olive oil (maybe 1-2 TBs) and add more parsley. I served this to the Mah Jongg ladies in small containers; refreshing.

Made a few hours ahead, the tabbouleh was very good - refreshing, not heavy.
