    Quick and easy. I used extra spinach instead of arugula and it worked really well. I followed the package cooking times for the quinoa and added the salmon and other ingredients working back from there. The listed time wouldn’t have been enough for the quinoa to cook. Would make again

    Very good and pretty easy too. I had Mizuna from CSA so I used it in place of the Arugula. Tasty.
