    These were great. I used "aiguilletes" de poulet, which made for a perfect shape that was easily skewered. The marinade was delicious, and they cooked perfectly under the grill in the suggested cooking time. I'd make these again, they work on skewers as finger food, or would be great as part of a main dish too.
