    These were very good! I added a touch more flour than called for (71 g.) due to being at high altitude. The cookies were good warm, a bit airy in texture, but they were much better after cooling...they became more dense and fudgy. With all the sugar and the sweetened coconut they were a tad sweet for my taste but no one else thought so. I will definitely make these again!
