    I found this to be a very oily recipe - so much so that I placed the meal into a colander to drain out excess oil. It is possible I used lesser amounts of noodles and bok choy which could have contributed to this. Aside from the amount of oil (I used rice bran oil), the flavour was nice and it was an easy recipe.
