Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I didn't have any amchoor but otherwise followed the recipe as specified,with a bit less oil, as I always do. I've made quite a bit of cheese, although never paneer before. His instructions for the paneer are fine, except that salt needs to be added to the curds before they are pressed into a mass. The result is far too bland without. The sauce was tasty, even with the missing ingredient. I served with some steamed rice.
