Grilled fish tacos with pico de gallo from What's for Dinner?: Delicious Recipes for a Busy Life by Curtis Stone

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

We made this in a cast iron pan since the fish we had would have been obliterated on the bbq. I don't really love fish tacos (we used flounder instead of the mahi-mahi), but these were pretty good. I think my favorite part of the recipe was the pico de gallo. I used white onion and red jalapeno (spicier than the green) with lime juice and the pico de gallo was delicious. I would make that part of the recipe again.
