    Loved this! The flavor combo of the sweet leeks, salty ham and tangy cheese is perfect. I only had chopped Pancetta instead of the thin sliced kind,so substituted prosciutto. Also was a little short on the amount of leeks, so added some sliced sweet Jimmy Nardello peppers which I sautéed with the leeks. My go to pizza dough recipe is Mark Bittman's, so that is what I used instead of the one in this book. Husband raved about this pizza. Definitely will make again.
