Peach and buttermilk panna cotta from Bakeless Sweets: Pudding, Panna Cotta, Fluff, Icebox Cake, and More No-bake Desserts by Faith Durand

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Excellent. I enjoyed it for a light summer breakfast.

p.110. Delicious. Macerated peach slices in ginger syrup before adding to cups. Would add tiny pinch ground ginger next time, and recommend only tiniest pinch of cloves; used only half the sugar called for. Great way to use up buttermilk left from making creme fraiche.

I made a modified version of this. The basic buttermilk pannacotta is easy and nice cool summery texture. I added diced nectarines (you need excellent fruit to pull this off -which mine was not), skipped the cloves, added crushed meringue cookies, which melted into the dessert. Overall we liked this, but next time I would choose strawberries or other berries. I will repeat this, as it is super easy to pull together on the morning of.
