    Wow, these potatoes were outstanding! So much rich flavor & such a simple recipe! Just 5 ingredients, but boy are these tasty. I served them with a simple beef & bok choy stir-fry but these would work as a side with just about anything. I could have just had this for my dinner & would have been satisfied!
