    p. 88 - Absolutely lovely. I recently enjoyed this dish in Beijing and was keen to make it at home since I enjoyed it so. After consulting a number of my books I landed on this recipe since it seemed to have the greatest potential to yield a finished product that would be similar to that I had in China. Kudos to Bee as this was a fine rendition indeed. mr bc and I agreed it was very good and we’d be happy to have it again. I used only red bell peppers as I’m not a fan of the green ones.
