    Easy side. Made a few times as I always enjoy a dahl alongside a meat dish. If you don't want it runny and are against the clock to cook it down, add much less water and just add as needed as you prep the other dishes. pick a bigger pan than you think otherwise you'll be cleaning the stove as well. One chilli for me provided no heat at all.
