    The antidote when you are getting bored of your zucchini recipes. Two types of zucchini feature here- zucchini marinated in lemon juice, and simple grilled zucchini. The marinated zucchini are really the star- just bright and vibrant and really fresh tasting- but would be too much on their own- hence the nice counterpart of the smoky grilled ones. The fresh herbs should be chopped quite finely to make sure they are evenly distributed. Will definitely be making this again.
