    Baked this today in a tube pan. I did not make the streusel topping because I didn't have enough brown sugar and the type of pan would not allow the streusel to be on top. USA conversions: 356 degrees, 10 inch circular pan. 1/4 cup butter, 2 c. flour, 2 c. rhubarb, 1 c. sour cream, 2 c. sugar.
