    Pungent, bold flavor that reminds me a bit of a Grecian "Veracruz" sauce, with the tomatoes and cinnamon combination. I made this recipe using halibut filets and was very pleased with the complexity and strength of flavor, using primarily all cupboard/basic ingredients. One I will bookmark for future preparations for sure.
